I needed a pair of classic black high heels for some while, you know the type…the ones that will make you look fabulously fierce on the outside and miserable on the inside. Whilst i was waiting for the lovely Mags and Sile before heading to an event, i found myself drawn to Zara and scouting for a nice pair of black pumps.
I was torn between a cheaper synthetic pair of stiletto heels with a sexy little gold accent (link!), that i knew that i will never be able to stand in, never mind walk and these real leather pointed babies – link!. The real leather and chunky heel won: they are comfortable, soft and look amazing on. There is no toe pinching and that’s all that matters when it comes to pointed heels. Although they did pained me for the first hour at the event and emergency sitting was needed, they were totally worth it as i know that the leather will soften and will get better with each wear. Also, did i mentioned that they come with their very own dust bag? How very posh Zara, well played for €59.95.
I would also love any of these pairs too…July sales, hurry up!
They are stunning on you although I can attest to the fact that you were in a bit of pain from standing …. That said you were also almost the same height as me in them and I was in heels. Fab lady

Oh im not denying the pain at all! I wore them around the house today with socks and felt much better, the neighbors on the other hand…lol. They look so pretty on, a bit of pain wont kill me (i hope!).
These are so fab, the perfect black heel. How does the sizing run on them Andrea? I’m a size 6 but one foot is 5 1/2, really would love these!

Im a size 3 (eu 36) and have to say that they are real to size, maybe you could try for one foot a heel gripper to keep the shoe on? I find the Scholl ones great! Good luck, they are lovely shoes x.
