PIXI Makeup has just launched two beautiful types of eyeshadow and cheek palettes, so today’s post is a full review of the new collection.
New from PIXI Makeup: Nuance Quartette and Eye Effects Palettes
You are probably quite familiar with the PIXI brand. Hard not to come across it in pharmacies and department stores. Affordable, cruelty free and vegetarian. Quite well known of their cult following PIXI Glow Tonic, Exfoliating Pads. Or the Caroline Hirons x PIXI famous double cleanser. The whole focus of their skincare line is to deliver glowing, healthy skin. Which i think it translates well into their makeup products.
PIXI Makeup
The PIXI cheek and eye powder formulas are silky, creamy and always leave behind a healthy glow. Very soft and blendable, im surprised their palettes aren’t talked about more.
This autumn, the makeup line has been renewed with two new types of palettes. Each coming in two color combinations.
Pixi Eye Effects
Two new PIXI Eye Effects in Rosette Ray and Hazelnut Haze. Buttery soft, highly pigmented formulas enriched with Ceramides, Green Tea and Vitamin E. The shades are highly versatile, a mixture of soft sheens, mattes and shimmer. Rosette Ray is a natural pink hued palette, whilst Hazelnut Haze verges more towards a neutral brown mix. Both very wearable and flattering on.
PIXI Nuance Quartette
The PIXI Nuance Quartette are natural tone-on-tone nuances to use on cheeks and eyes. Available in two shades: Honey Nectar and Sugar Blossom. One palette is slightly warmer than the other. Sugar Blossom is definitely more cool tone and Honey Nectar verges on the warmer. They are probably my favorites from the new collection. The formulas are enriched again with Ceramides and antioxidants and the pigments give the most gorgeous glowy skin.
Price wise, the Eye Effects are £22 each and the Nuance Quartette £16 each. You can shop directly from PIXI or you can use my 20% off discount code ANDREEA on . Sometimes it works on everything PIXI.

These palettes are so pretty, but I never got anything from Pixi because everything looks kind of basic…. I like the face palette, PIXI Nuance Quartette, though 😉
