Probably the best thing ive bought for my health and fitness. I can get my 10k steps from the comfort of my home, usually watching TV. No more excuses that its raining or its too dark. The walking pad is not too noisy, slim to store under a bed or couch if you have that type of furniture. And of course ideal for under a desk whilst you are working.

Rechargeable Table Lamp
This rechargeable table lamp is ideal for corners of your home that need light but might not have a plug close buy. It looks gorgeous on a coffee table, windowsill or hallway. I actually have mine on my hallway console and its used every day. Three light settings: warm, white and dim.

Im someone who cant wear clothes if they aren’t ironed. I even iron my sheets! So i wanted something light weight and portable to bring away on holidays. Also something quick for an once over in the morning. The Tefal Handheld Clothes Steamer fit all the boxes, highly recommend.

Bissell SpotClean Portable Carpet Cleaner
We had some work done in our house this year and a carpet cleaner was desperately needed. The Bissell Spot Clean came highly recommended and it didn’t disappoint. Can be used on rugs or carpets, i think its an excellent home investment and something that you will continuously use.

Anagel Ultrasound Gel
This is such an economical choice to use with your micro-current devices. I have both the ZIIP and NuFace and i found that the branded conductive gels can be quite expensive. They also run out quickly with daily use. The Anagel is perfect to use with your micro-current devices and its under €10 for two big bottles.

The Eufy roboy vacuum is such an useful gadget, we use ours daily. Ideal for a quick vacuum after meals in the kitchen or as a end of the day clean up. You have an app that allows you to activate your robot vacuum to do a clean when you are away.

Eufy Smart Scales
The Eufy Smart Scales is great as a well-being tool as it not only measures kg/lbs but gives you an insight on water weight, bone and muscle mass. Its not just for someone who is on a weight-loss journey, but an important tool that helps us get more information on our muscle mass. Also i find it great to see when the lbs are up that is water weight and not fat.

KitchenAid Mini Food Processor
I actually had a food processor that worked really well, unfortunately it was so big and bulky and hard to store in our small kitchen. It came with a big blender and loads of attachments that i actually never used. So i invested in the KitchenAid Mini Food Processor. Don’t be fooled by the word mini, its actually a decent size. I make humus, protein balls, chopp herbs and veg – you get the gist. Its used everyday and i just love it.
