I think im the only nutter in Ireland, who planned for St. Patrick’s weekend a spring clean and detox. Windows were washed, pillows fluffed and lots of clean food was consumed, washed down by heaps of Milk Thistle tea. Rock’n’roll life in my household!
Taking a break from makeup, ive properly cleansed, exfoliate my skin and probably used every single face mask i had in my press. Highlights were the (truly outstanding) and i’ve rekindled my love affair with the – my pores never felt cleaner.
Outfit of the day: my favorite combination ever stripes and polka dots – H&M shirt, Zara Linen T-Shirt.Because the weather was so lovely, it aloud us to enjoy a long walk along the seafront in Bray and dine out al fresco. A friend of mine told me about the scenic cliff walk between Bray and Greystones, failing to mention that it is 8km long! Half way we had to call it quits and walk back, as it was getting late but its definitely on the summer bucket list.
The smugness of being hangover free! Not a scrap of makeup (thank god for sunglasses) and loads of treatments in my hair for the diy hair lightening. All i can say is that it turned out exactly how i like it and im now sporting a natural dark blonde hurr.
The Tower Bistro Warm Superfood Salad, Bray.Tribeca Superfood Warm Salad with Salmon, Ranelagh.Homemade smoothie: banana, frozen strawberries, blueberries, orange juice.
Super food salads all round, fresh smoothies and lots of juicing. I could easily get used to an all vegan lifestyle, never felt better.
