Urban Decay Eye Makeup

Hello everyone!

I finally got my hands on good camera today (thank you Amanda!) so i figured i will do an eye of the day makeup. Unfortunately the colors don’t transcend very well, from what i can see it looks like its just one shiny color overall  when in fact are 3 colors from my Urban Decay Ammo Pallet.

So yeah…i dont know really how to photograph eyes and to show colors. Anyway, this is the product breakdown of what i used to create this “look”:

– Urban Decay Ammo Pallete : Smog all over the lid, Last Call in the crease for shadow, Grifter as a highlighter in the center of the lid

– Urban Decay 24/7 eye pencil in dark burgundy/purple on the lower line lash (name wear off)

– Max Factor Masterpiece Max Mascara in Black

– Smashbox Brow Tech in Taupe, to contour the eyebrows (they are not really my forte).

Also i applied first my UD Primer Potion first and I used a Lancome Effacernes concealer in Sand 02.

So this is my first eye of the day post, i don’t know if i will do more of this as i am useless at taking close up photos. I will just admire from the distance all the other wonderful beauty bloggers who have mastered the photo techniques.
