I was on the lookout for new winter gear for my daily work-home commute, something comfortable and warm but still stylish enough. A long coat was essential, none of that bum skimming little jackets for me! Of course, i ended up in Zara and fell in love with the entire winter collection this store cant do no wrong in my eyes. After deciding on the navy (there is a brown, khaki green and black) i was a bit reticent when i noticed that is filled with down feathers – the last years TRF’s buy proved to be a disaster, every time i wear it i was covered in fluff. Fortunately, it wasn’t the case this time and im happy to report that im finding my mornings and late nights specially cosy.
Another new buy are my flat Month Topshop boots. Again, ill be really boring and confess that i was looking for everyday comfort – im definitely not one of the girls who would wear heels daily. I mean, i upgraded from my battered Nike’s to flat Chelsea boots so its a remarkable improvement. The Month look particularly lovely with skirts and black tights and are super comfortable. Recommend!
Lastly, i made a first order to Oasap and picked up a few bits – one of them being this burgundy jumper. After(!) i made the order, i was bombarded with warnings not to buy from them as the quality is really poor and the sizes aren’t proper. Luckily, all my purchases turned out to be winners – my favorite being this jumper. Soft, warm and only about $28 its proven to be a winter staple.
On another note, the Christmas lights are finally up in Dublin city and the whole center is looking mighty beautiful. Love this time of the year, bold treats are welcomed – even encouraged and everything looks magical. Planning to grow my spare midriff tire over Christmas te he he…

Thank you, i was so bold got one of each. All gone!
I don’t really like macaroons (I mean I like them, but i don’t think they are big of a deal), but I would try your suggestion from Costa. I don’t think I ever been to Costa (even if there are so many Costa’s everywhere!) O zi frumoasa 🙂
I can’t wait for Christmas either! Your jacket is gorgeous, love Zara!
