Brows by Benefit – The New Brow Collection Review

Benefit Brow Collection Review new benefit brow collection Benefit Brows Irish Beauty Blogger Probably the biggest Benefit launch of this year, as if it wasn’t enough that they were reshaping brows all around the world with their popular Brow bars – now Benefit has launched a brand new, extensive collection of brow products. Everything from brow conditioners, pomades, skinny or fatter brow pencils, brow gels… literally everything you need or you didn’t know you needed for your brows, Benefit has it covered.

Benefit has kindly sent me four of their new brow products in my shade to test and create my perfect brow: BrowVo Conditioning Primer, Goof Proof Brow Pencil, Gimme Brow and Ka-Brow! Brow Pomade.

As always with Benefit, the packaging needs to be addressed and admired – a perfect blend of functionality, prettiness and gimmick. The brow pomade comes with a fine slanted brush that i actually can use, the brow pencil is double ended – spooly on one end, slanted pencil on other and the Gimme Brow doesn’t need any other introduction – the small and effective brush will coat each little brow hair.

My favorite from the bunch has to be the GoofProof pencil, i would even go as far and say that i prefer it to my Anastasia one. The slanted tip can shape my nonexistent brow in seconds, creating the arch i crave whilst the texture is long lasting and matte. LOVE! I got the shade 2 and is perfect for my skin tone and highlighted hair. If you watched my YouTube videos (here), i used it on my brows in both.

The brow routine consists in creating a shape with the pencil, add volume with Gimme Brow and seal it all in with the pomade. Each product can be used on its own to create a natural tidy brow or trough them all in the mix for a on fleek result.

My least favorite, if i can even say that, is the BrowVo Conditioning Primer. Its not that i don’t like it, its just that i find it a bit pointless in my personal routine. Its meant to condition the brows, tidy the unruly hairs so the brow can be shaped more easily. Because i don’t have much brow to begin with it, there isn’t much need to prime in my case. So if you aren’t sporting a great pair of bushy brows, i would give this one a miss.

I haven’t tried the ABH Definer yet only the skinny type. Prefer the slanted tip, so easy to create an arch in a rush xxx

I tried a few of them on the store and got a sample of Gimme Brow from Glamour. Even though I love the catchy packaging, I don’t think it is any different than what’s in the market. Packaging update was a good ideas as well as coming up with other products but well I was expecting a little bit more from them to be honest.

Hi Grace, im not sure if there is one in Playa del Americas the one we went was kinda in the middle of Tenerife in Santa Cruz. Its a small section of Sephora as part of El Corte Ingles shopping center. The beauty section is fab, loads of high end that you cant get here – still kicking myself i didnt get anything from the Dolce and Gabbana makeup line.
