Qure Micro-Infusion System review with 24K gold needle stamp and serum

Qure Micro-Infusion System Review: Is It Worth It? (+ 10% Off Discount Code)

If your feeds look anything like mine, you’ve seen the Qure Micro-Infusion System everywhere. It promises a clinic-style “glass skin” glow at home in about five minutes. After 16+ years as a skincare consultant and four years behind a pharmacy counter before that, I’m naturally sceptical of viral devices. So here is my honest Qure review: what it is, how it works, who it suits and how to save with my exclusive Qure discount code.

Qure discount code: ANDREEA10 gives you 10% off site wide on full-priced items at qureskincare.com. It doesn’t stack with sale prices, so use it on full-price kits and refills and everything else on the Qure shopping site.

Qure Micro-Infusion System review with 24K gold needle stamp and serum

What is the Qure Micro-Infusion System?

Qure Skincare’s Micro-Infusion System is an at-home facial tool that combines gentle micro-needling with a serum infusion in one step. Instead of rolling, you press a small stamp of ultra-fine 0.5mm needles, plated in 24K gold, onto the skin. Tiny channels in the needles carry serum into the top layer of the skin as you stamp.

Think of it as a halfway house between a derma roller and an in-clinic microneedling facial. The needles are shallow enough for home use, but they create micro-channels that help your serum absorb far better than simply patting it on.

The 3 Month Supply kit includes:

  • 6 disposable micro-needling heads
  • 6 x 4ml serum vials

There are two main serum options. Hydra-Soothing + Rejuvenating targets dryness, dullness and fine lines. Brightening focuses on uneven tone and dark spots. I chose the Rejuvenating system to start off my micro-needling journey.

How to use Qure Micro-Infusion at home

The whole treatment takes around five minutes and Qure recommends doing it once every two weeks. Here’s the routine:

  1. Cleanse well. Start with clean, dry skin and clean hands. Hygiene matters with any needling tool.
  2. Load the serum. Twist a serum vial into the device and give it a moment to flow down into the needle head.
  3. Stamp, don’t drag. Press the head gently onto the skin, lift and move to the next spot. Work across forehead, cheeks, chin and around (not on) the eye area.
  4. Leave it alone. Skip actives like retinol, acids and vitamin C for the rest of the day. Stick to a gentle moisturiser and SPF the next morning.
  5. Change the head. Each needle head is single-use, so swap it every treatment.

Most people describe the sensation as a light prickle rather than pain. A little redness straight after is normal and usually settles within hours.

What’s in the Qure serum?

The Hydra-Soothing + Rejuvenating serum is built around four well-known ingredients:

  • Epidermal Growth Factors (EGF): signalling proteins that support skin renewal and a firmer, smoother look.
  • Niacinamide: a skin-barrier hero that helps with redness, enlarged-looking pores and uneven tone.
  • Panthenol (pro-vitamin B5): deeply hydrating and soothing, ideal after needling.
  • Rosewater: calming and lightly hydrating.

From a formulation point of view, this is a sensible post-needling blend. There’s nothing aggressive in it, which matters when you’re opening micro-channels. I’d always choose soothing and hydrating over strong actives in that moment.

My Qure review: results, pros and cons

I’ve done my research and im ready to start banking some collagen through micro-needling. I am easing myself into the process with a system like Qure and hopefully i can graduate to a more professional treatment like the one from Dr Pen. When i ask my friends about their favorite in salon treatment that gave them visible results, they always mention microneedling.

What you can realistically expect: the most immediate result is plumper, more hydrated, glowy skin the morning after. Any micro-channelling treatment does this, as the skin responds with a burst of hydration and repair. With consistent use every two weeks, the aim is smoother texture, a more even tone and softer-looking fine lines. Be patient: skin renewal is a slow process, so judge it after the full three months.

What I like about the Qure System

  • Stamp design is gentler and more controlled than a derma roller
  • Fast: about five minutes, once a fortnight
  • Fresh, single-use heads for better hygiene
  • Soothing, sensible serum formula
  • Far cheaper than a course of in-clinic microneedling – €200-€300 a session in Dublin, Ireland.

What to consider

  • It’s an investment upfront and you’ll need refills to keep going
  • 0.5mm is a surface treatment; it won’t replicate deep clinical microneedling for scarring
  • Not suitable for active acne, broken skin, rosacea flare-ups or if you’re on prescription retinoids — check with your GP or dermatologist first.

Qure Micro-Infusion FAQs

Does Qure micro-infusion hurt? Most people feel a mild prickling. The 0.5mm needles are very fine and you stamp rather than drag.

How often should I use Qure? Qure recommends once every two weeks. Using it more often won’t speed up results and can irritate the skin.

When will I see results? Many notice a glow the next morning. Texture and tone improvements build over the full three-month course.

Is there a Qure discount code? Yes. Use ANDREEA10 for 10% off full-priced items site wide at qureskincare.com.

Is Qure suitable for sensitive skin? The serum is gentle, but patch-test first and avoid it on active breakouts, eczema or broken skin. Check with your GP, dermatologist or nurse if in doubt or you have specific skin concerns.

The verdict: is Qure worth it?

If you want a noticeable glow, smoother texture and better serum absorption without booking clinic appointments, the Qure Micro-Infusion System is one of the smartest at-home devices I’ve come across. It’s quick, the stamp design is gentle and the formula is well thought out. It won’t replace deep clinical treatments, but as a fortnightly glow ritual it earns its place.
