The new L’Oreal Nude Magique Eau de Teint comes in to fill the high street void left by the Armani Maestro Fusion Makeup Foundation – a lighter than water, weightless, fresh feel foundation that will even out the skin tone whilst leaving your skin looking like skin. The application is feather light, a few well shaken drops on your finger tips will ensure an even application – or in my case, a few dots on each part of my face and then worked in with a Real Techniques Buffing Brush. Powder can be skipped all together, the finish is matte and a touch of blusher will be sufficient to add dimension to the face. The SPF 18 factor comes handy for winter days, a decent protection for incidental sun exposure.
I got the 140 Pure Beige which is quite a good match for my medium skin, a beige yellow tone shade that seems to blend perfectly with my own color. I enjoyed the water feel, is like a veil of fine airbrushing that covers my imperfections and doesn’t feel like makeup. Come to think of it, Nude Magique would be the ideal starter base for a young person, covers nicely but wouldn’t get you in trouble in school. Thick foundation never looks good!
Im surprised that Nude Magique Eau de Teint wasn’t a summer release, this will be amazing during hotter months, the bottle is small and travel friendly and the light coverage will beautifully enhance holiday freckles.
Have you tried it yet or do you prefer the richness of a tinted moisturizer?

I’m dying to try this foundation! My best friend bought it and said it’s amazing too! That shade is perfect for you too, that’s probably what I’d be! Definitely going to be my next foundation purchase!

Do try it, it’s on offer at the moment in Boots. It sets really nice on the skin, lovely for a casual day.
Loving this foundation too! Was just what I was looking for! 🙂

Same, just lovely.
I’m really curious about this foundation.. I’m just a bit afraid that it might accentuate dry patches… but will try it anyway I think 😉

Should be ok, its water based and very light so hopefully will sit on the skin nicely. I am oily combination and my biggest concern was that it will slide off my face, so far is holding pretty well (about 6 hours wear).
I am very curious about this foundation but I have read so many mixed reviews I am not sure! I will go and try it out and see.
I’m curious to try this, I usually get in well with water based products!

So many persons are talking about this “foundation”… My skin is not really perfect at all, but I sometimes like light coverage, so I might have a look at it next time Iam going to the drugstore! XoXo
