I owe the pleasure of owning this beauty of Urban Decay x Gwen blush palette to Mags (see her blog here), who surprised me with it last week when she came over to visit. The sheer excitement opening the bag and barely containing myself not to touch it then and there! Mags does really know how to make a new mommy happy :).
Urban Decay has really stroke gold with this collaboration, there is nothing in the Gwen Stefani collection i don’t like or i wouldn’t wear proudly on a daily basis. This girl has very good taste.
The blush palette comes to complement the eye shadows and the lipstick collection, you get six beautiful shades covering most tastes from pink to peach or tan. Im quite pleased to see a variation of peach shades, Hush being my favorite. I suppose Gwen being a platinum blonde, natural peach tones suit her most which pleases me and my coloring no end.
There are two pink shades: Cherry – a cool baby pink and Easy – a shimmery deep pink. A matte bronzer – Lo-Fi and a golden highlighter – Angel. And my favorites: Hush – shimmery peach and OC – champagne, light peach.
All colors are pigmented, soft and buttery just as i like them. My only complaint is that i wish they weren’t just a limited edition.

I’ve been wondering if I should buy this for ages now. For so long that it sold on on FeelUnique the other day, but I can still get it at Debenhams.
The shades are gorgeous, and I really like the look of Hush, and those peach tones.
I love Gwen, everything about her. I hope she releases more products with Urban Decay.
