Im trying hard to stop spending and focus on what i already have as i need to save money for my Bucharest trip in October. This said, when a bargain is found, one must jump to the occasion and grab that offer both hands.
The new autumn collection from MANGO has hit all the stops – they usually have some affordable ‘low prices’ pieces that they bring in with every season. Usually they sell out in seconds, so i just had to have the grey version of the Oversized Jersey Dress (link!) and a Polka Dot Short Jumpsuit (link!). Both pieces are great to transition from summer to autumn, the jumpsuit will look great with bare legs and sandals or with opaque tights and ankle boots. Delighted with both.
This Works Deep Sleep Pillow Spray (l) is something that i wanted to try for ages, im all for relaxation and pampering before bed. Both the spray and the shower gel ended up to be just over €24 in Clerys Dublin, there was a buy one get one half price and 10% off on top. While i love the pillow spray, just wish that the shower gel would foam up more. Yes, i know it is free of all the nastiness, just can’t beat a good luxurious foam. I’m a good sleeper anyway, so can’t say it knocks me out. All i know is that my bedroom and sheets are smelling divine. Plus i get a whiff of the scent during the day as it lingers in my hair.
Benefit Gimme Brow () isn’t something that i needed. I was pretty happy with my brow routine and after trying the Maybeline Brow Drama (which was alright), i decided i didn’t need another gimmick. I ended up trying my friends one on a night out in Light and although the color was all wrong for me, i loved the ended result. My tip is to first fill in with the Gimme Brow Gel and let it dry, shape the brow with a brow pencil and fill any gaps with a brow powder. If you apply the gel last, after powder or pencil, i find that it gets clumped up and moves.
