Charlotte Tilbury Beautiful Skin Foundation Review
As i get older, the promise of glowy, plump, smooth skin is very appealing when it comes to makeup. I got really excited when ive seen the new Charlotte Tilbury Beautiful Skin Foundation out. As someone who absolutely LOVES the likes of Estee Lauder Futurist Hydra Foundation and the IT Cosmetics CC cream, i just had to try it. And it turned out to be right up my street!
The new Charlotte Tilbury Beautiful Skin Foundation comes in 30 shades and a handy tube with a pump. I much prefer this type of packaging as its very handy to travel with and easy to get last few drops out. This foundation is another skincare enriched hybrid type. Containing hydrating hyaluronic acid, plumping coconut extract and a brightening rose complex. Despite its dewy finish its long lasting on the skin up to 16 hours.

Charlotte Tilbury Beautiful Skin Foundation Swatches/ Shade Comparison
I am wearing the Charlotte Tilbury Beautiful Skin foundation in 4 Neutral
I just love the creamy texture and how easy it glides to my skin. It covers well and evens my skin tone without being heavy on the skin. I have oily combination skin with a slight texture and i found that the foundation lasted well. I am always setting my base with either the Laura Mercier translucent loose powder or the Mac Blotting Powder, just in case.
Shade wise, i took the same color like in my old Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush Flawless foundation – 4 Neutral. Ive attached the swatches of my other foundations for reference above. That said, the Foundation Finder feature on the CT website is quite accurate. And they also can try match you based on your other foundations.
For application i find a buffing or foundation brush best. Or you can use your finders, that’s another great way. I tried applying it with my trusty Beauty Blender but i wasn’t too keen on the finish or coverage that it created.
When it comes to coverage proprieties, i found that it covered away my rosacea patch quite well. I also have open pores and the texture glided over in a flattering way. I don’t have a lot of pigmentation, bar the odd freckle so i cant vouch 100% on those covering abilities. However, its very easy to layer it for more coverage.
